About MU.LAB Free and MU.LAB Unlimited
MU.LAB Free and MU.LAB Unlimited work in exactly the same way, except that MU.LAB Free has an 8 track limit.
Whenever this User Guide mentions "MU.LAB" in general, it's applicable to all versions. When something is for a specific version, it's clearly indicated.
MU.LAB System Requirements
- Windows: NT, 2K, XP, Vista + ASIO driver!
- Apple: OSX 10.3.9 or higher. MU.LAB runs as a Universal Binary, thus on both Mac PPC as Mac Intel
- At least 6 MB free disk space
Recommended:
- CPU 500 Mhz or more
- Graphics resolution 1024 x 768 or more
- Good soundcard with good driver
Installation
1) Download / copy the MU.LAB package (.zip) to your harddisk
2) Unzip to a new folder
3) Doubleclick the application file

OSX

- If your sound device doesn't have a specific ASIO driver, you could try the ASIO4ALL driver from www.asio4all.com
Unlocking your MU.LAB Unlimited
When buying a User License for MU.LAB Unlimited, you receive a User Key via email.
On first run, MU.LAB Unlimited will prompt for your User Key.
The simplest way is to copy the key text (starting with < and ending with >) to the clipboard, and paste it into the User Key field.
This will unlock your MU.LAB Unlimited.
